On SolQi, features that use AI to provide interpretations, analysis, or answers may consume credits, because each AI request generates technology costs that SolQi must pay to its systems and service providers.
Free credits: allow you to use AI features at no cost, but errors or overload may occasionally occur during peak hours.
Paid credits: provide access to more advanced AI with better contextual understanding, deeper analysis, and greater stability.
Using more advanced AI may improve the quality of results, but the output still depends on the input data, how the question is asked, the feature being used, and the limitations of each AI model.
SolQi may adjust or change the AI model used for each feature depending on the feature itself, the time of use, system conditions, and the availability of technology providers.
1. What are credits?
Credits are SolQi’s internal usage units for AI-powered features, such as:
- Birth chart interpretations;
- Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi, Tarot, and MBTI;
- Asking questions or requesting analysis;
- Other AI features displayed on the platform.
Credits are not money and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, converted into cash, or used outside SolQi.
SolQi may provide a certain number of free credits each day. Once they are used up, users may purchase additional credits to continue using AI features.
Payments for credits are used to cover AI costs incurred according to actual usage. These are technology costs, not consultation fees or fees for booking fortune-telling services.
Credit package prices may change from time to time. Users can check their credit balance, payment history, and usage history on the Account page.
2. Credit Deduction Policy
SolQi only deducts credits when a request is processed successfully and produces a result, at a rate of 1 credit per use of an AI-powered interpretation feature.
Normally, credits will not be deducted if the request cannot be completed due to:
- System errors;
- Connection errors with a service provider;
- Processing timeouts;
- Technical issues that prevent a result from being generated.
Once a result has been successfully generated and the displayed number of credits has been deducted correctly, those credits are considered used.
3. Credit Refunds
SolQi may restore credits if it determines that credits were deducted incorrectly due to a system error, including cases where:
- Credits were deducted but no result was generated;
- A single request was charged multiple times;
- More credits were deducted than the amount displayed;
- Credits were deducted incorrectly due to an error in SolQi’s records.
SolQi will review usage history and system data before restoring the corresponding number of credits.
4. Cases Eligible for Refund Review
Users may request a payment refund in the following cases:
- Payment was successful but the purchased credits were not received;
- A transaction was unintentionally charged multiple times;
- The wrong credit package was purchased and none of the credits in that package have been used;
- A payment or system error prevents the user from using the purchased credits.
Refund requests should be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
If part of the purchased credit package has already been used, SolQi may refuse a full refund or offer another form of support, such as changing the package or adding credits.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that the request will be approved.
5. Cases Not Eligible for Refunds or Credit Restoration
SolQi does not provide payment refunds or credit restoration in the following cases:
- The request was processed successfully and the correct number of credits was deducted;
- The user is dissatisfied because the result differs from their personal expectations;
- The user entered incorrect information, including date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, name, gender, question, or other data;
- The user changes their mind or no longer needs the service after using the credits;
- A result was generated successfully but the user no longer wishes to continue using it;
- The issue is caused by the user’s device, browser, software, or network connection;
- The account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Use;
- Free credits, gifted credits, reward credits, or promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
6. Credit Validity
Credits obtained through payment methods do not expire and may be used whenever you access SolQi.
Free credits are refreshed daily.
7. How to Submit a Request
Users may submit requests for credit restoration or payment refunds via:
Email: [email protected]
Or through the contact page on SolQi.
To help us review your request more quickly, please provide:
- Your account email;
- Transaction ID or a screenshot of the transaction;
- The time of payment or credit deduction;
- The name of the credit package purchased;
- A brief description of the issue;
- A screenshot of the error, if available.
SolQi may request additional information if the initial information provided is insufficient for verification.
8. Processing Time
SolQi aims to respond within 24 hours. If reconciliation with a bank, e-wallet provider, payment gateway, or other relevant service provider is required, processing may take 3–7 business days from the time all necessary information is received.
If a refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method or through another method specified by SolQi.
The time required for the funds to appear in the user’s account depends on the payment intermediary. SolQi is not responsible for third-party fees or charges that are outside its control.
